Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boots are placed back in their original box without tape or labels on the box itself.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
